My mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families struggling with mental health issues. We believe that therapy should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or financial situation. I am a Spanish speaking psychotherapist and I also specialize in Family therapy.
Approach
As a licensed Mental Health First Aid Instructor I train individuals to identify signs and symptoms a young youth may be experiencing. I work with adults, children, teens, and LGBTQ identifying young adults.
Specialty
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I also have expertise in working with ADHD, LGBTQ+ individuals, people of color, and those with chronic illness or disability.
